Hi, I'm Alisa Goulbourne-Scott — ordained minister and certified officiant, and the heart behind Mermaid Ministry.

I believe life's biggest moments deserve to be honored with care, presence, and a personal touch. Whether I'm standing beside a couple on their wedding day or helping a family say goodbye to someone they love, my role is simple: to hold space for what matters most, and to help you feel truly seen in that moment.

Every ceremony I lead is different, and each one is meaningful in its own way. I bring warmth, flexibility, and genuine care to every ceremony — because these moments only happen once, and they deserve to be exactly right.

I've always felt a spiritual pull toward the ocean. Water is constantly renewing itself. The tide always returns, rivers keep flowing, and waves keep reforming. That endless renewal feels sacred to me.
